BC|CLIN is our solution for research groups, who have either already collected phenotype data, or are starting a phenotype data collection project. This module for clinical data collection, management and sharing, is automatically included in our genotype management systems BC|GENE and BC|SNP Suites, but it is possible to obtain the clinical data collection system BC|CLIN also separately.

With BC|CLIN, the clinical data is collected into a single central database, offering safe and organized storage for valuable research data. Data entry is done through a secure web browser interface, making data collection structured, safe, and easy.

BC|CLIN is both flexible and scalable, making it an ideal choice for both small projects and for large multi-center studies.

Additionally, BC|CLIN can be integrated with other BC applications, providing a unique set of tools for combining phenotypes and genotypes, and for managing the data flows from laboratories and clinics to the research results.
