BC|SAMPLE is a solution for managing and tracking laboratory samples. BC|SAMPLE enables fast and easy browsing and editing of sample data, freezers, boxes, and plates in one up-to-date database. The system streamlines the sample entry workflow, and removes the bottlenecks in data updates and sample tracking. BC|SAMPLE is a light weight but robust solution, flexible and scalable from small to big and distributed projects.

The system has been developed with input from genetic research groups, and designed to help in everyday laboratory work. Accessing and tracking samples and their containers can be adapted to each laboratory's own working methods and routines. Individual user profiles and the intuitive user interface with convenient drag-and-drop functionality make the system easy to learn and use. Old digital data collections can be imported into BC|SAMPLE without losing information.

BC|SAMPLE is compatible with other BC systems. The integration of the systems provides a unique way to control and follow the data flow from laboratory to the research results, and back to the laboratory.
