Senior Project Manager


This is a client-facing role to independently lead and manage customer projects in different customer segments and geographies. After go-live, continuous services are also a part of Customer Service Manager’s responsibilities. The job also contributes to developing new solutions and ways of working in the operations team, as well as supporting sales activities from the project management perspective.


Duties and responsibilities

  • Project manage and lead customer delivery projects and customer service
  • Ensure that our customers receive the highest level of customer service
  • Document progress to relevant company tools and report to steering groups and manager
  • Manage timeline and budget and invoicing for project delivery, 
  • Ensure transparency in delivery timelines and risks with both customer and internally
  • Provide feedback on user experience to internal stakeholders for product and sales development
  • Support and collaborate with R&D, sales and marketing, and other parts of the organization, as needed

  • Pragmatic, hands-on attitude in project management
  • Experience in prioritisation of tasks according to a given situation
  • Proactive and facilitative approach to ensuring customer satisfaction and set OKR metrics
  • Compliance with internal processes, internal communication and documentation skills

Knowledge, experience and capabilities

  • Project management and best practices experience, 5 years at the minimum
    • PMP and/or SCRUM experience preferred
  • Relevant educational background, BSc at the minimum
  • Consultation experience
  • Ability to prioritize and organize work according to set expectations
  • Polished, collaborative customer management skills
  • Commitment to building positive, trusting relationships with customers and partners
  • Can do attitude, and strongly supportive in building company culture
  • Self leadership
  • Healthcare, Pharmaceutical and/or bioinformatic industry knowledge are considered as an advantage

Additional information

The main place of work is the Company’s Boston office. Some travel expectations, including internationally, depending on customer cases.
