Solution Support Specialist

We are looking for Solution Support Specialist to join our Customer Service team in Cambridge, MA.

You work in close collaboration with our technology team and developers, managing customer enquiries, support with their problems and investigate technical issues and communicate them with customer and our R&D team. You make sure that our customers have all needed tools for maximizing value of their solution.

We expect from you:

  • Experience in
    • Genetics research and data analysis
    • Productized IT systems for genomics research
    • Working in multi-site project and service environment
  • Bonus if you know:
    • Cloud platforms: Azure, AWS, Google Compute Engine, Heroku.
    • Programming: Java, Javascript, Python, Linux shell, C or R
