Mark Heffernan served as Director Customer Success before being appointed as Chief Customer Officer (CCO) at BC Platforms.
Before joining BC Platforms Mark worked for 25 years with an Enterprise Software Vendor and a Global Management Consultancy. Since 2012 Mark has been focused on building Real World Evidence Platforms for his customers with a focus on Oncology datasets.
Mr. Heffernan holds a B.Com (Hons). in Finance from the University of NSW.
