Pia Mikkola is a HR professional with extensive and versatile experience covering the whole spectrum of HR. She has held HR Business Partner and HR Manager roles in different industries, mainly in global corporations. She has a long career within the pharma industry; first at Pfizer and most recently in German family-owned pharma company Boehringer Ingelheim, where she led the HR function in Finland and was a member of the local management team.
Pia holds a Masters degree in Education from Tampere University, Finland.
