Yue Ying Tan

Yue Ying brings over 15 years of experience in genomics, clinical informatics, and digital health transformation. She began her career at the Institute of Molecular and Cell Biology (IMCB), A*STAR, and held regional leadership roles at Illumina, driving business development and enterprise software strategy across Asia Pacific, the Middle East, and Africa.

She has supported the implementation of large-scale genomics and data platforms across healthcare systems, research institutions, and national precision medicine programs, with experience spanning oncology, rare diseases, reproductive health, and pharmacogenomics.

Yue Ying holds a master’s degree in Statistics from the National University of Singapore.
