BC Platforms welcomes Narasimha Kumar as Global Head of Technology Consulting and India Country Head

We are pleased to welcome Narasimha Kumar as our Global Head of Technology Consulting and India Country Head. 

Kumar brings more than 25 years of global leadership experience across technology strategy, digital transformation, AI product management, quality and compliance, and large-scale operating model execution. His background spans Life Sciences and Healthcare as well as sectors including defense, utilities, fintech and enterprise technology services. 

Before joining BC Platforms, Kumar held senior leadership roles at Datafoundry AI, where he built AI product and engineering teams from the ground up, launched multiple AI-driven platforms in the drug safety domain, developed a digital data and analytics platform, and supported fund-raising activities with PE and VC investors. He also spent over a decade at PAREXEL International, where he led global technology quality and compliance functions and supported cloud transformation and strategic alliances across clinical and regulatory platforms. Before PAREXEL, Kumar spent a decade at Tata Consultancy Services, where he built GxP IT Consulting Practice for Life Sciences and Healthcare domains.

Kumar is also a co-founder, having created two B2C startups including a WebRTC-based video communication platform and a digital marketplace focused on holistic child development. He has also authored numerous white papers and presented at industry conferences on topics such as AI innovation strategy, the use of AI-enabled EHRs to advance healthcare transformation, and the development of risk management frameworks for reliable enterprise AI adoption. Kumar is also a published translator.

In his role at BC Platforms, Kumar will lead our Business & Technology Consulting practice, while also serving as the India country head. He will focus on aligning consulting strategies with business goals and enhancing operational efficiency, while working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet customer needs and drive growth.
