Åsa Carlsheimer

Åsa leads Scientific Consulting at BC Platforms, overseeing biostatistics and data-driven consulting services for pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical device companies.

She brings more than 25 years of experience in clinical research, with expertise in biostatistics, statistical programming, and clinical trial analytics.

Before joining BC Platforms, she held senior roles at AstraZeneca and Ferring Pharmaceuticals, leading statistical programming and clinical information science teams and contributing to more than 60 clinical trials.

Åsa holds a Bachelor of Science in Statistics from Lund University and is based in Lund, Sweden.
