Pia is an HR professional with broad experience across global organizations. She has worked as HR Business Partner and HR Manager in several industries, including Pfizer and Boehringer Ingelheim, where she led HR in Finland and served on the local management team.
Pia holds a Master of Education from Tampere University in Finland.
