Ben Jackson is an effective leader with over 15 years of expertise in healthcare technology, bioinformatics, and genomics platforms. As a tenured contributor at BC Platforms, he spearheaded the development of North American customer success teams, crafted global commercial strategies, and dedicated himself to formulating impactful solutions for our North American institutions and partners. In addition to his solutions capabilities, he is an active advocate and initiator of cross-industry discussions on clinical and regulatory strategies to support patient centricity across the healthcare and life sciences value chain and journey.
Beyond his corporate contributions, Ben is a founding board member of Elevate Youth, a Boston-based non-profit organization committed to empowering the next generation. Prior to his role at BC Platforms, Ben led North American implementation teams for PatientKeeper (now Commure), a prominent physician workflow software provider. His earlier experience at Meditech involved deploying Emergency Department systems across North America and Canada.
Ben is a Boston University alumnus, holding a Bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry & Molecular Biology with a minor in Philosophy. Furthering his commitment to delivering results for his partners, he is a certified Scrum Master.
